If the changes in flight duration or departure/arrival terminal make connection impossible, we send you email about the changes and offer (if available) an alternative flight or a flight offered by the airline. You must choose: either accept the alternative flight or cancel the trip.
To confirm your acceptance of the flight change, log into
“My Account” – “Flight Tickets” – “Booking #” – “Edit order” – “Change Date/Route.” The new alternative flight will be displayed on the page. If you accept it, press “Confirm.” We will send the updated itinerary receipt to your email.
If the suggested flight alternative is not acceptable to you and you want to cancel the trip, log into
“My Account” – “Flight Tickets” – “Booking #” – “Edit order” – “Ticket Refund” and apply for refund.
